Do you offer goods and services tailored to the geek community? Do you think the Quebec role-playing community would buy your products, if only you could reach them? Want to get the word out about your business? Then the Draconis festival is for you!
Whether you want to sell your own role-playing games, tools, dice, miniatures, art, or even wooden gaming tables, the Draconis Festival is the perfect opportunity to reach a community of 300 to 350 rousing gamers! And it’s all happening over a full weekend, October 13, 14 and 15, 2023, at Cégep du Vieux Montréal!
We offer three ways for you to participate in our festival:
- You can rent one or more tables for the duration of the 3 days, where you can sell your merchandise to all our visitors. The cost is $30 per table.
- You can obtain commercial visibility by renaming one of our gaming tables in your name, with your logo or site address integrated under a translucent tablecloth. Everyone seated at the table will be able to see your name and address throughout the festival. The cost is also $30 per table.
- You can donate material to our raffle for a value equivalent to $30 in exchange for promotion of your company as a donor, during the festival through posters and quotes, on our website, and on all our social networks.
You can be present only on the days and times that suit you (with no effect on prices), and you’ll have access to a locked room at night in which you can store your merchandise.
